If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for a refund or replacement within the first 30 days from the date of delivery. Prior to returning the product, please contact us at support@fourseasonsessentials.com for return authorization. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and replacements not attributable to warranted defects or mis-shipment on the part of Four Seasons Essentials.
